01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777link ("777link", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 777link.net and all associated subdomains, mobile sites, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the 777link Platform — including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, or participating in any game or wagering activity — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies that form part of this Agreement, including but not limited to the 777link Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplemental policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the 777link Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 777link, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 777link Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• You are not on any exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority with jurisdiction over 777link's operations.

777link reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS or GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the period specified by 777link may result in account suspension or closure.

By registering an account on 777link, you warrant and represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 777link Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 777link reserves the right to close all accounts held by a player found to have multiple registrations and to void any associated bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 777link is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Account details — including name, date of birth, and national identification number — must match the documents submitted for KYC verification. Discrepancies may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777link account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777link will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs through no fault of the Company. You must notify 777link immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation by contacting our support team.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

777 link is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct customer due diligence on all account holders. You agree to cooperate fully with 777link's KYC procedures, which may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. 777link reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777link accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the 777link Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777link does not accept deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 777link reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. 777link aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. 777link reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled may be declined or result in the forfeiture of applicable bonus funds.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All financial transactions on the 777link Platform are subject to monitoring for compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and subsequent amendments, as well as PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines. 777link is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Players must not use the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise any unlawful financial transaction.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

777link may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless otherwise specified;
• 777link reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds;
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications are not eligible to receive promotional offers unless they update their communication preferences.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 777link Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the respective game interface or help documentation. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Game Outcomes

The outcomes of all 777link casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game being streamed. 777link does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 777link reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return stakes to the players involved.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting

Sportsbook wagers are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body — including but not limited to the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), National Basketball Association (NBA), Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), and international football governing bodies. Settlement of wagers for events where the official result is disputed or delayed will be at 777link's reasonable discretion. Bets placed on postponed or cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the applicable sport-specific rules.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, payout errors, or system malfunctions — 777link reserves the right to void any affected bets and correct all errors as soon as reasonably practicable, regardless of whether winnings have already been credited to your account. Players are required to notify 777link of any apparent error immediately upon becoming aware of it.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777link Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform;
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with sportsbook betting;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or systems;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 777link staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777link Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 777link or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform; use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform without 777link's express written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates this licence immediately.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 777link, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of the legal theory on which such claims are based and whether or not 777link has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777link's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 777link account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777link's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

777link collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777link implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide personal data to 777link at your own risk. 12 Termination

777link reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms by you, 777link reserves the right to void any pending bonus funds and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Any legitimate real-money balance held in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and satisfaction of all applicable legal obligations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 777link support. Account closure requests must be submitted in writing. If you wish to self-exclude, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available on your account dashboard in addition to requesting account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 777link, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Players who believe that a dispute has not been adequately resolved by 777link may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's official dispute resolution channels. 777link will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777link reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 777link will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 777link support. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
